If sightseeing is the purpose of your Samarkand visit, then this hotel is a bit far from seesights.
The hotel is a three storey rather old building that has recently been refurbished quiet nicely. However they did not add an elevator. Hiking up and down from the third floor if stairs are an issue could be very difficult.
Restaurant meals are standard and there is nothing special that makes you look forward to the next meal.
The staff was generally helpful and multilingual.
The best thing about this hotel is in it's free WiFi available throughout the hotel at an impressive data rate.

Good hotel with reasonable prices. It's located in a quiet residental district . There is a busy street in the neighbourhood. Both good breakfast and Wi-Fi. Neither great nor bad overall. Staff is very helpful. Bathrooms functional with plenty of hot water.

I liked the staff. Especially at the reception. Rooms also were spacious and clean. I also liked food and drinks. We all had a very good time in this hotel.

I had some strange problems with payment and my credit card. Overall hotel isn't bad.

hotel mismanagement

We stayed in your hotel for four nights, between the 12th and the 16th of August.
The hotel disorganisation led us not only the inconvenience of spending the first night in room 203 sleepless because of the broken air-conditioning, of waiting for room 207 to be ready and cleaned after a stressful day, and then to change again to room 211, but also to be accused of the theft of a corkscrew which we have NEVER seen.
Our travel agency will soon be informed, as well as the travel websites that we are used to consulting.
Our suggestion is that next time, instead of making unfair accusations, you should check the room supplies better and improve the staff competence.

Удобное расположение, большой номер и приятная обстановка в нём, доброжелательный персонал. Всё великолепно, даже раннее прибытие (около 4 утра) - не вызвало каких либо проблем.
