The best Tashkent hotels

Отдыхала с сыном 28.03-01.04.13. Брали номер Супериор Твин. Номер хороший, на 14 этаже, очень уютно. Очень вкусные и сытные завтраки. Персонал доброжелательный, оперативно реагировали на просьбы. Гостиница находится в самом центре. Рядом метро, кафе, парки, банки. В следующий раз остановимся опять в этом месте.

Building itself is built in soviet style. It's centrally located and few steps away from the underground. Impressive number of staff (second only to cops in the streets). Good wifi connection in all rooms, which were reasonaly big and clean though they start ageing. Breakfast was ok. Overall a very good price/value tradeoff (when booked through an online uzbek travel agency).

Once a first class hotel is a little run down and needs updating. The rooms are very nice. The location is excellent and within walking distance to many sites and restaurants. The subway station is right next to the hotel. There is a small restaurant next to the hotel where you can get Western fast food and a market is only a few blocks away. There is a money exchange in the lobby.
By the way there are nice views from upper floors!

Очень слабый сервис

Жили в этом отеле в двух номерах на 14 этаже с 15-го по 21-е декабря.
Расположение замечательное, рядом метро и бродвей.
Хороший вид из окна, свежий ремонт, швейцар даже есть, помог сумки донести.
Завтрак вполне приличный, сытный, хоть и однообразный.
Новый хороший телевизор, легко читающий флэшки.
Есть автомат по оплате сотовой связи и банкоматы.
Хороший, бесплатный уайфай!

Минусы:
В отеле оочень холодно! В коридорах градусов 15 от силы, в номерах около 20.
Сахар в отеле подается в пластиковых одноразовых стаканчиках, с пластиковыми же ложками. В отеле такого уровня смотрится убого.
В номере нет стаканов для воды.
Заказывали чай и еду в номер, приходилось по нескольку раз напоминать, иначе могли по полчаса ждать. Посуда очень старая, некоторые чайники со сломанными крышками. Сахар и мед в одноразовых бумажных или пластиковых стаканчиках как я уже говорил )))
В номере отсутствуют тапочки и халаты, нет зубных щеток и нет крючков в ванной комнате куда можно было бы повесить одежду.
Белье и полотенца чистые, без запаха, но с дырочками. Видимо стирают хорошо, но белье уже довольно старое. Напор воды горячей на нашем этаже очень слабый.
В комнате нет корзины для мусора. Бар совершенно пустой.
О том, что на верхнем этаже есть вечерний бар узнали случайно лишь на 5-й день, думаю налицо упущение отдела по работе с клиентами.
Раза два на несколько часов отключалась внутренняя связь, один раз на полдня пропала горячая вода.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The area is quiet at night. Hotel Uzbekistan located in Tamerlane square, not far from metro. The breakfast was really good. The beds were ok as well as the shower. The manager was very helpful. I like this hotel.

I was on touristic route through Uzbekistan and it was the first view of a hotel city and country. And what a view! The hotel is on Tamerlane square and I had excellent view on beautiful park with impressive monument. The service is good, the only remark is about the towels: they looked like used and I requested fresh ones. To my surprise, in a country rich with water, all towels look muddy...
The room is vast, very spacious, beds comfortable and one can sleep really well. The only thing is that you never know what will be the price of whatever you order.

"Happy days in Tashkent"

This hotel was part of an organised tour so I can't comment about the value of the accommodation as I don't know the cost. However the location is excellent and close to the Metro station and some attractions. The room and bathroom were clean, beds were comfortable. The buffet breakfast was the best in Uzbekistan!

A good hotel in Tashkent if you are nostalgic of grand soviet hotels. Very nice views from most room, a simple restaurant with amazing views of the city. Very good location near the metro and a good numbers of sights that can be accessed on foot. Staff speaks English and are as good as you can expect in an ex-soviet hotel. Breakfast was not the nicest, the rooms are really roomy but could definitely do with an upgrade. Good value by western standards.

Хорошее место для отдыха в Ташкенте!

Добрый день! Заказали с мужем номер очень понравился,удобно, комфорто,но!!!!!!!!Заплатив за одну ночь, администратор сказал, если вы остаетесь на две ночи лучше сразу заплатить полностью, мы так и поступили. В итоге нам пришлось уехать раньше после обеда в часика 17.00. Мы подошли администратору сообщив об этом,сказали сколько должны оплатить он ответил 50% от стоимости, мы сказали, что мы уже оплатили, можете вы вернуть остальные 50%,на что он ответил заплоченые деньги возрату не ПОДЛЕЖАТ! ЛУЧШЕ ОСТАНЬТЕСЬ ДО 7 вечера! Я очень не люблю обман. Они могли предупредить! Следоватьльно больше в этом отеле мы не появимся,хотя очень понравился!

Останавливался в этом отеле несколько раз. Понравилась еда; в самом отеле есть ресторан и рядом с ним тоже находится ресторан. Чистые комнаты и хороший персонал. Рекомендую...

Nice location. Nice view from the roof restaurant and rooms. Helpful staff and friendly people.

Hotel Uzbekistan is an hotel with spacious rooms, clean and ensuite toilet and shower of perfect quality.
The food in the hotel is ok and there are several bars/restaurants.
Internet is possible and you can use internetcomputers in the business centre of the hotel on the third floor.
Almost every night of the four I stayed in hotel Uzbekistan, a marriage was going on, which gave a nice atmosphere.
The staff is friendly and the service perfect.
Breakfast is very good.

Лучший по архитектуре

Один из самых архитектурных отелей Узбекистана! Честно говоря, мой выбор в пользу Узбечки был обусловлен, прежде всего, ее замечательным видом. Плюс - расположение в центре города, рядом много магазинов, маркетов, ресторанов и кафе.

Price was good. Location is good too. Shower was nice. View is amazing , I stayed at 15th floor facing the city. Ac in my room didn't work , this could be a problem in summer but for me it was ok as I was visiting Tashkent in spring.

A decent well priced central hotel

We were given a room on the twelth floor room 211 for three nights.
In very good condition with double glazing and A/C and UK plug sockets? All the comforts of a mid range hotel found anywhere in the world.
The staff all are friendly and speak english.
breakfast is included in the tariff, a buffet affair featuring the usual Uzbek fare found in all the hotels country wide.
Theres also a cafe and a bar with Uzbek priced meals and drinks available for lunch and dinner, with free WIFI.
We liked the food served here. I would recommend that you book to stay here.
We did for our arrival, but wasn't able to stay on our return as we didn't book and it was full.

Perfect location in Tashkent

Hotel Uzbekistan was the perfect hotel for my arrival in the country. It is a huge, Soviet monolith - which makes it very easy to find - and it is ideally located on Amir Timur square. it is a great base for exploring the city, whether walking or catching the metro which is next door. I thought the staff was very friendly. There is free wifi in the lobby. The breakfasts (included in the room price) are massive buffets of deliciousness - i hardly needed to eat for the rest of the day.
One downside is that is isn't cheap (by Uzbek standards it is quite expensive). I paid about $100/night, which was fine, but there are certainly places to stay that are much cheaper. The other downside is that the rooms are completely devoid of charm (think: Best Western or Ramada).
That said, i really enjoyed my stay there and would recommend it.

Location, rooms, restaurant - it's very good. But I felt that the recepcionists could be better trained as they were not aware of certain issues.

This hotel is clean, quiet and well located overlooking Amir Timur Square. Good breakfast. Wifi available in the lobby and a wedding almost every night.

Размещалась в этом отеле в ноябре текущего года. С маленьким ребенком. На 14 этаже в номере для некурящих.
Если бы я была одна, то много бы не заметила, но так как со мной был ребенок, то очень сильно раздражало следующее:
1. Не было мусорной корзины в номере. Только в туалете для сан.мусора, которую я заполнила за 10 минут памперсами. Принесли только на 2-й день после 10-го звонка в администрацию.
2. Бачок в унитазе шумел неимоверно.
3. Дверь в ванну не закрывалась. Бегущая вода в бачке не давала уснуть.
4. Было холодно. Обогреватель заработал только когда сотрудница отеля пришла и пнула его.
5. Наборов для чая в номере нет. С трудом выбила чайник электрический в баре. Дали только потому что я была с ребенком.
Вместо чашек принесли 2 пластиковых стакана.
6. Ресторан отказал доставить еду в номер. Сказали это невозможно.
7. Ужасно показывает телевизор. Маленький, ламповый с засаленным пультом, до которого прикасалась брезгуя.
8. В отеле постоянно на первом этаже проводят свадебные торжества. Карнаи-сурнаи не замолкали часа 3, а толпы пьяных гостей орущих разгуливают по лобби до часу ночи.

Ну, а в остальном отель неплохой :)
Своих денег стоит, во всяком случае. Хотя бы потому, что он в самом центре и в 10 м от метро.

Здравствуйте! 29 сентября я прилетела в Ташкент, заселилась в гостиницу "Узбекистан". Номер бронировала "люкс", в целом вроде как на картинке в интернете, и когда заселились, вроде всё, мне казалось, было супер. Но меня предупреждали, что лучше хороший номер "стандарт", чем номер "люкс" в гостинице "Узбекистан", и люди были правы!!!! Я бы сказала, "люкс" на 3, очень много минусов, этот номер не стоит 150 долларов! А что касается всего остального, все было хорошо. Ташкент очень понравился!!!! В следующий раз буду тщательнее выбирать гостиницу!!!!!!!!!!

Хороший отель с чистыми номерами, вкусной едой и отзывчивым персоналом.
Минус: кондиционер работал не очень хорошо...

Отель очень даже хороший. Расстроил только медленный Wi Fi...

О.. Узбечка! Отель моей юности. С ним связаны первые впечатления о городе. Не знаю, привязанность это или привычка, но если я еду в очередной раз в Ташкент, то останавливаюсь только в Узбечке. Главное, при оформлении заявки уточнять у ребят из Орексы, чтобы номер Вам дали после ремонта который. Отель в самом центре. Я бы даже сказал на нулевом километре и всего за 1200 рублей с завтраком и регистрацией. Не понятно на чем они зарабатывают.
Кстати, рядом много мест для прогулки - Сквер, от которого правда ничего не осталось, ташкентский Бродвей, Театр, куча ресторанов и клубов, центральная площадь Независимости.

Очень рекомендую отель Узбекистан, отличное месторасположение, самый центр города. Приемлемые цены на проживание/питание а данном отеле. правда сервис оставлял желать лучшего, есть кое-какие огрехи, но в целом отель оставил приятное впечатление.
