Terms and Conditions of Uzbekistan hotel reservation services on OrexCA.com

OrexCA.com - online hotel and other tourism services reservation system over Central Asia and Transcaucasia. The reservation is operated by Oriental Express CA Ltd (License # 037-04).

Oriental Express CA Ltd, further referred to as Service Provider, provides hotel reservation services to Client only after the Client has read through and agreed to the terms of the present Agreement.

Prices and Terms of Payment

All prices for accommodation in Uzbekistan are indicated in US Dollars and are effective for individual travelers.
Group discounts are provided upon the Client's request.

The costs for breakfast and taxes are included (if other is not specified).
The reservation is performed based on the pre-payment.

The payment is performed:
- outside of the Republic of Uzbekistan in US Dollars, in Euros, or in Russian Rubles.
- within the Republic of Uzbekistan in Sums at the rate of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan effective on the date of payment.

    Liable forms of payment:
  • Payment by bank transfer:
    After the amount equivalent to the cost of the purchase order is transferred to the settlement account of our company based on the invoice (contract-based for the juridical entities) you are requested to provide the following data to the reservation unit: date, amount and the transfer ID number, the name of sender or company title, reservation number (provided by the reservation unit).
    • All bank fees outside Uzbekistan are paid for by the Client.
    • Payment by bank transfer should be performed at least TEN days before the check-in date.

  • Payment in cash at the office of the Provider:
    The payment may be performed in cash on the day of arrival either at the company's sales office, located in the centre of Tashkent, or to the Provider's representative at the hotel by the Client's request.
    • The payment in cash should be performed at the office of OrexCA.com or at a hotel from 08:00 am to 09:00 pm.
    • OrexCA.com sales office is closed on Sundays. You can get the details on the working hours of our sales office at the page Contacts.
    • If the hotel reservation is performed less than three days before the actual arrival, the charge for the meeting with the company's representative to perform the payment is 5 US$ if the payment is performed from 08:00 am to 07:00 pm. If the payment is performed from 07:00 pm to 09:00 pm the payment is 10 US$.

Security policy

The credit card used to perform the payment has to be made out in name of the Client, or the Client should have the authority to use the card.

By performing the payment by the credit card via the authorization form the Client agrees to the card data transfer by fax or via e-mail to enter the money in a bank account of the Provider.

The credit card data provided by the Client for the reservation process is neither accumulated nor transmitted anywhere besides the dedicated bank providing transaction services.

Cancellation policy

Upon the timely request of the Client for the cancellation of the pre-paid order the service Provider reimburses the full amount of the payment except for the costs of the bank transfer fees. In case of late cancellation of the booking (less than 2 days before arrival date), or when the hotel states the fact that you hadn't shown up at the hotel (NO SHOW) the Client will be liable for charge equal to one night stay at the hotel requested.


The reservation system OrexCA.com is designed for the private use. Use of any material published at the web-portal is prohibited without the written permission issued by the service Provider. The Provider neither takes any responsibility nor guarantees that any information from the hotel database is up-to-date or accurate.

The service Provider does not take any responsibility for the goods or services provided by the hotels integrated into the reservation system.

The service Provider does not take responsibility for any inaccurate data entered by the Client when filling out the hotel booking form.

The Client has to accurately enter the e-mail address as all further information is communicated to the Client by the e-mail.


All personal data provided by the Client is used solely for the service provision by the Provider.

The service Provider commits not to publish, sell, or transmit the data received from the Client to the third parties that are not part of the reservation process.
This is, however, not applicable for the service providers (hotels) that must receive the data to process the order.

Attention! The credit card data provided by the Client during the reservation process is neither accumulated nor transmitted anywhere besides the bank providing the transaction services.

    For the Client registration the service Provider generates the following information for the database:
  • Client's full name
  • E-mail address
  • Citizenship
  • Telephone #


If any claims occur on the client's part during the service provision, the Client should refer to Oriental Express CA Ltd in a written form 3 days before the service order execution is complete.

The Client has the right to decide the case with Oriental Express CA Ltd judicially in accordance with the procedures set by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Other terms

The service Provider reserves the right to change, add or expel any terms or conditions that stipulate for the provision of services on this web-portal.
