Cancellation Policy of Helicopter Transfer:
- You can cancel up to 48 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- If you cancel less than 48 hours before the experience’s start time, 50% amount you paid will not be refunded.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Weather Conditions During the Helicopter Transfer:
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
In the event of a sudden change in the weather during the flight, the helicopter pilot decides to urgently return or change the landing site. In this case, no compensation is provided.
Booking and Payment for the Helicopter Transfer:
- Please book a helicopter transfer at least two working days before the flight.
- We can make payment online with VISA/MasterCard (card processing fee will be covered by our company).
- During the booking process, you must provide copies of the passports of all passengers.
