After lunch, wander around the village to see the old mosque, local school, village shop and local houses (built in the traditional way using local rocks). It is fantastic to see locals doing their livelihood activities. You will meet friendly people willing to talk to you. Transfer to Nurata (110km), to visit a local mosque known for its holy spring waters and to explore the ruins of a fortress built by Alexander the Great. Continue driving and visit Rabat-i-Malik Caravanserai ruins and Sardoba, an ancient reservoir (80km) on the way. Next stop is Gijduvan (50km) is a small town whose traditional crafts and ceramics have been sought after in Central Asia for centuries due to their quality and colorful, decorative style.
