Good to know:

• To ensure timely departure, passengers must arrive at the heliport at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled flight time.
• All flights are operating during the daytime.
• Flights between cities will be operated from airport to airport.
• Children under 4 years old are not allowed.
• No space for oversized luggage, you can only take a small bag with you.
• No international helicopter flights.
• Free waiting time in each transfer is different, clarify with your consultant.

Passengers are prohibited

• Unfasten seat belts during takeoff, climb, descent and landing;
• Touch the door handles;
• Create situations that threaten the safety of the flight or life;
• Smoke on board the helicopter during the entire flight;
• Use electronic devices during takeoff and landing of helicopter;
• Damage the property belonging to the Carrier and/or remove it from the helicopter.

What is included in Uzbekistan Helicopter transfers and sightseeing?

Our helicopter transfers and sightseeing to natural places include the following:

• Car transfer from the hotel to the local airport and back to hotel;
• Airbus helicopter with professional pilot;  
• Local escort guide or company representative;
• All taxes and fees.

Cancellation Policy of Helicopter tour:

• You can cancel up to 48 hours in advance of the experience for a 90% refund.
• If you cancel less than 48 hours before the experience’s start time, the 50% amount you paid will not be refunded.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Weather Conditions during the Helicopter tour:

This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
In the event of a sudden change in the weather during the flight, the helicopter pilot decides to urgently return or change the landing site. In this case, no compensation is provided.

Booking and payment for the Helicopter tour:

• Please book a helicopter transfer at least two working days before the flight.
• We can make payment online with VISA/MasterCard (card processing fee will be covered by our company).
• During the booking process, you must provide copies of the passports of all passengers.
